Physical Products.
Physical Products
We currently ship physical products within the United States only.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We ship all physical products via USPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Custom Orders.
Custom and personalized items may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated production times will be communicated during the ordering process.
International Services.
While we currently ship physical products only within the United States, our 3D design and custom modeling services are available worldwide. Digital files and design services can be delivered internationally through electronic delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with USPS to help resolve the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
